Monthly Computer Class in Spanish
The Branch and Workforce Essentials are hosting a monthly Spanish speaking digital literacy class at the Nashville Public Library in Antioch. These classes help prepare ELL students for the workforce and are open to the public.
Registration is required.
Gracias por su interés en la clase de computación impartida en español. En esta clase practicarás el uso de Microsoft Word, Excel y PowerPoint. Esto será dirigido por Gina en asociación con The Branch of Nashville y Workforce Development.

Coalition for Better Futures: Monthly Meetings
The Coalition for Better Futures in Southeast Nashville is an informal association of caring citizens motivated to collaborate on strategies and programs to help our neighbors thrive.
Coalition membership is open to anyone, and all skill sets are valuable to our efforts. You do not have to attend every meeting to serve as a Coalition Member. We meet the last Tuesday of every month at noon at The Branch.

The National Association of Women in Construction will be holding a job fair at The Branch for those interested in construction type work.

Older Adult Meet and Greet
A monthly event for anyone aged 60+ that encourages ongoing learning and social connection. Meets on the third Wednesday each month at 10:00 AM at The Branch. Registration is not required.

Free Health Clinic
The Branch of Nashville and Belmont University are hosting a FREE health clinic. All are welcome; you do not need insurance.
Free health screenings from Belmont University providers, including:
- Blood Pressure
- Blood Sugar
- Medication management/counsel
- Developmental screens (under 5 years old)
- Fall risk assessment/balance
- Referrals for area services
Also available: SNAP (food stamps) sign ups; help with health insurance; RESET (personalized assistance for financial security for older adults); free food.
Please register for a time slot. Limited walk-ins will also be available on a first come, first serve basis.
